Hearsay is such a fantastic vehicle. You should hear what my friend has to say. Matt hates women. Women never agree to anything, of course, they're just victims, never adults responsible for their own actions. I play for charity while, at the same time, engage in threats and then attempt to pass them off as levity and then turn it all into some pathetic mode of self promotion for what amounts to musical torture . Matt dislikes his fans, of course singling out a few morons amongst thousands means that all of fans are being equally 'abused'.
Why are you here, if it is here the devil is the topic? Surely there are bigger fish to fry than little old me. Or has life become so pathetic that this is the best that you can do with your time?

I monitor my guestbook because I have 10-20 spam posts a day, most of which aren't even human, or in english. Sorry if this is an inconvenience for you.
As far as mental health goes, I am not on any sort of medication whatsoever (nor am I prescribed to any), and I have been pronounced healthy at all my check-ups. I wouldn't doubt that there are mentally unstable people who own websites, run businesses, have homes, and are active members of their community but.... I'm not one of them. Eccentric maybe - mentally unstable.... I think not.
Regardless, as you can see, I'm allowing your post here so enjoy that, whoever you are.. knowing your badass rebel yell against me will be here on my site that I pay out my ass for. Have a nice day.
Also, I have to monitor this site due to the constant random spamming I get. I mean, as I mentioned earlier I get spam posts, but moreso than that I get random hate posts, and random hate email (as well as random kind emails and random kind posts). Whether you are a fan or not of Matthew Good's music is of little concern or interest of mine. What is of concern is your claim to not like his personal character. The problem with Matts is that he hates looking in the mirror and seeing posisbly a reflection or self that resembles his own slightly. It disturbs him in a way that makes him have to push and stand behind his pukey quasi-publicist instead of making a stand about the most important thing in the world-himself (as a true narcissist believes). Instead he will protest politics with a fuck YAH approach, and bully other artists who not only appreciate his music but also share his views. You know, when I went to school (the times I DID go) I rembere learning (I could swear...) that free speech and debating were all legal and part of our wonderful system we live.
The most important thing to understand about all of this is that I can, as Adams sister, attest that he IS a true fan, and so am I.. I remember when my bro got the Matt CD and we listened to the whole thing while havin beer. It was a great moment.
Matt is smart, and understand the art of self promotion. It is well known in marketing that it is recommended for a musician to pick a topic and then have his voice with it to earn public approval and to enforce the idea that you are more substantial than a love song, pot smokin one-hit wonder.
So Adam, your next CD I think should b called
"So close to home" because the words and ideas that MY brother says are not that far from what the TRUTH really is, in most cases, since I have known him.
I doubt this case is any different.
My brother and I have a pretty good Bullshit detector built in-after years of well...
go figure that out on your own.

Well, after being on this website as a member for 2 weeks and being banned, monitored, and removed 5 times since - I have now resolved to stick to my word and leave this site. Finally, you can all breath now (the fresh rosy smell of the higher-ups heavenly del.icio.us crap). I also gave my word that if I was banned/removed/de-registered/moderated again (with this being the last of 6 accounts I’ve made just so I could post on this site) I would record the song I wrote about Matthew Good called “Matthew Good is a…” Well its recorded now - and Public Domain at that! - and I am going to be putting it all over the World Wide Web along with the video I will soon be making for it. Some of you may know the whole story of my being here and my not being here. In the end, whatever you believe - the bottom line is Matt & Co. don’t want me here - and as long as I keep making new accounts they will just keep deleting them, regardless of me following or not following their policies. I guess all I wish is that the higher-up dictators here would’ve just said in the beginning that they didn’t want some indie artist with a member name like AdamDanyluck.com advertising on their site or “stealing fans” - which is what I assume this was all about in the first place (in their minds), or at least this was their reasoning for treating me like a foul-mouthed racist or “spammer”.
So, now that I’m gone I leave this last comment with you all - I am a HUGE Mathew Good fan. Probably bigger then most of you on this site. If that’s hard for you to believe then imagine this; Matt Good is the President of a large country that I am a citizen of. Dale is his Dick Cheney. I am a proud Goodonian but I hate my countries current politics and although I admire my Commander-In-Chief, I also think something scandalous is afoot in the oval office.
Lastly, since I know this is going to be taken down shortly I am going to include the original date & time that I wrote this comment - today’s date being 07/01/2008 - 4:00 PM. I plan on re-posting this comment here a few times, and also posting it to my website guestbook - just to give you all a heads up. I have a strong feeling it will be erased so I'm saving it here, just in case.
So I'm walking to the BEER STORE a few minutes ago listening to Metal Airplanes, and Black Helicopter - which is as far as I got before I was inside the store - and I find my self thinking a few things; 1 - holy crap its freezing cold in St.Catharines today, and 2 - Has my being on this site scrambled up my head when I listen to Matthew Good?
Lets talk about the latter part a bit.
I guess I've always just kinda believed the hype that Matthew Good is a gigantic narcisistic asshole. Not that this fazed me in any way against buying all his CD's and being truly inspired by his music since age 16.
*** Hey Matt, just so you know, Beautiful Midnight was the ONLY CD I listened to on my trips from Saskatoon to Calgary. I'd get to Calgary in about 9 hours going super crazy fast in a rental, and had about 10 listens of the entire CD in when I got there. I took that trip about 8 times while I lived out West. I still think of the prairies, and the night time oil rig fires when I hear that CD*** .
When I watched The Hour a while ago Matt adressed the issue of him being an asshole, saying that he had made up some T-Shirts saying "Matt Good is an Asshole", and it just stuck after that. So, I really didnt know that story, nor did I have the internet or watch YouTube when I was like 16 listening to his music, so like I was saying - I kinda just believed the hype. Also, it seemed to me (not that I know the story at all) to kinda fit with the whole losing his band, and naming it the Matthew Good Band in the first place. Anyhow... none of this really set me against his music as I said earlier..... next paragraph.
So, Im walking to and from the BEER STORE thinking about all these things - thinking if by being on this site and keeping up-to-date the music is becoming slanted to me in any way. And I suppose the answer is---Yes, it has.
There's lots of information on this site to confirm whatever you would be predispositioned to believe about him, good or bad. That's what Im always trying to balance. Like, when I was reading the other day how Matt and some fan of his were arguing about "typing words of protest" and how Matt was saying "Dont pull the "" Im such a saviour"" routine" cuz' the guy was saying he actually HELPS out the poor in his neighborhood instead of the "typing words of protest" as I guess he thinks Matt Does.... What struck me in that conversation was that Matt kinda said "you have no idea what I do outside of posting on this site" as his defense.... which got me wondering about him, like really wondering about him.
Matt is admittedly a narcisist and had/has drug problems (keep in mind though he has said that he is getting is life in order now as of recently - in regards to keeping his Dog at his parents house).

So one would wonder the true intentions of posting somewhat intelligent commentary on foreign and local affairs. Maybe if he is a classic narcisist, its just to come off as smart and caring and therefore draw more people to himself. Maybe his medication results in caring.... Next Paragraph.
So in short, this is what I was thinking about on my way to the beerstore. Has knowing this much personal info about Matt affected how I listen to his music? The answer is yes. You tell me if its for better or worse, because I didnt think it through that far yet.
I'm still a big fan and will see any shows I can when he is local.

This years Christmas was supposed to be special, and for the most part it was, it was my 10–month old son’s first Christmas. But it turned ugly and left a tainted memory on what was to be a perfect holiday. Sometime around 6:30 in the evening of December 25th someone stole my parents car out of their Hartzel Road apartment parking lot. My mom calls me to tell me the horrible news. How violated we felt, and to find that our car was missing. But what was worse was that my son’s things were in that car. Pictures, a few toys and his brand new car seat. Sure, replaceable items, but it’s not like we are made of money. So naturally, I was upset, not only has someone stole from my parents, but my 10–month old too. The police called later that night to tell my parents that they pulled over the car. The driver is a 21–year old male. He’s been arrested and is going to Thorold. The other five passengers aged 17–18, get off scott free. The kids wrote “fuck you n**gers” on the dashboard, ripped apart the seats, left drug paraphernalia and one of the girls left her purse full of her own family photos and Christmas cards, no identification though. They ripped my son’s pictures down from the rear view mirror. The car seat? Somewhere in St. Catharines, probably on the side of a street is my baby’s car seat because a bunch of punk kids were trying to have a good time. I’m so upset by the fact that they stole a car with baby things in it, I just think you would have to be a very low person to do such a thing to a mother and a baby. Now I am glad that the 21–year old in jail, but I do not think that the police should keep his name a secret. This punk kid can ruin our Christmas, steal a car and throw away a babies things and he gets to keep his identity? It’s not fair! His family should feel as much embarrassment as we do hurt. And the other passengers shouldn’t have it so easy either. They knew they were getting into a stolen car, they should be punished, the justice system is a joke.

Loved your diss in Pulse about that crappy Wheelers band. They have been ripping off our shitty music for years. They all offered to suck our dicks if we let them be our roadies but we said no. I would say they are washed up... but I think you have to have been successful to be considered washed up. Do they still live with their parents?..cause that would explain a lot. It's funny that you have made 3 or 4 albums in the last year and in their shitty 50 year life spans they only appear to have made one...at least that is all that's listed on their website.
